Instructions
1. Set your Instant Pot to saute. Add butter, onions, and garlic. Sear until onions are translucent.
2. Add ground beef and brown, but don’t worry about cooking it all through.
3. Press “Cancel” to stop the cooking.
4. Add oregano, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and beef broth.
5. Place the lid on to your instant pot and lock it. Rotate the pressure release valve to “sealing.”
6. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
