Ground beef makes delicious gyro meat!  When you cook ground beef in your pressure cooker, it traps in the flavor resulting in deliciously flavorful meat!

I have been getting several e-mails from readers lately asking: ” What are some easy ground beef recipes that aren’t tacos, meatballs, meatloaf, or sloppy joe’s? While chicken is super versatile, I don’t see much versatility in ground beef. I decided to try these Instant Pot Ground Beef for a few reasons.

  1.  After making sloppy joe’s in my Instant Pot, I stopped making them on the stovetop.
  2. I decided that I wanted to explore creating more recipes with ground beef.

Can you make these on the stove

Yes. When you cook them, think of the way you would cook sloppy Joes. I would also add 1/2 cup water when you let them simmer on the stove.

I couldn’t get enough of this. I think the suggested Greek seasoning is key to the flavour, thanks for the recipe.
