I am questioning the amount of water. Any instant pot recipes always mentions that you need at least one cup of liquid for the pot to come to pressure. This recipe says 1/2 cup. . . any issues with that?
Yep. no issues with 1/2 cup. There is enough liquid in the onion and the meat for the pot to come under pressure and not burn. It took me a while to feel comfortable with that amount, but it does work.
What kind of Greek seasoning did you use?

Can you make these on the stove
Yes. When you cook them, think of the way you would cook sloppy Joes. I would also add 1/2 cup water when you let them simmer on the stove.
I couldn’t get enough of this. I think the suggested Greek seasoning is key to the flavour, thanks for the recipe.
How much olive oil? It’s not mentioned or listed until you get to the actual recipe
