by Kristen

te My mom’s side of the family comes from Northern Italy. We always order pasta from our favorite Italian restaurant in Chicagoland when we all get together for holidays. Many of us also enjoy cooking Italian food when we have the time.   Cooking Classic Italian dishes in your pressure cooker can be a game-changer! Meals that took your grandmother hour or even days to prepare can be cooked in just a few minutes in your Instant Pot!   Here is a list of my favorite Classic Italian dishes that turnout super flavorful and tender when pressure cooked! You will save so much money when you make these meals at home, but you will still have a restaurant-quality meal!
