My family loves peanut butter blossom cookies, and I decided to switch them up by making the cookie part chocolate and subbing the chocolate kiss with Reese’s pieces! This chocolate-peanut butter combo is unstoppable and should appear at your next holiday or party!

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
One teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
One egg
1 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
One teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of Reese’s Pieces Candies
Equipment Needed
Baking Sheet
Parchment paper or cooking spray
Large bowl
Hand mixer or stand mixer

cooling rack
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Add chocolate chips and butter into a microwave-safe bowl—microwave in 2 30-second increments, stirring between each increment.
- Stir chocolate chips and butter until the chocolate is completely melted in the butter. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, and the egg and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mixture and form the cookie dough.
- form 3/4 inch cookie dough balls and arrange them on your cookie sheet.
- Place one Reese’s Piece into the center of each chocolate cookie.
