How to make easy stovetop chili
Heat olive oil in a dutch oven or a soup pot,

Slow Cooker Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onion, celery, and garlic in the olive oil until the onions are transparent.
- Add the beef and seer, but don’t worry about cooking it all through.
- Add onion mixture and beef into your slow cooker.
- Add broth, tomatoes, spices, and beans to your slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Serve.
Instant Pot Directions
- Set your Instant Pot to the saute setting. Add olive oil, onion, celery, and garlic. Saute until onions are transparent.
- Add beef and seer, but don’t worry about cooking all through.
- Add beef broth, crushed tomatoes, spices, and beans.
- Place the Instant Pot lid on the pot and secure the cover. Switch the pressure release valve to “sealing.”
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release.
- Remove lid.
- Hit the saute button and saute the Chili until the Chili is as thick as you prefer.
- Serve.
