This Greek Chili features ground beef, Greek flavors, and vegetables. It’s a hearty dish that will warm your soul on any cold day. This recipe is ideal for meal prep, and the flavors will marinate in the fridge as the days go on. I have included your stovetop, slow cooker, and Instant Pot instructions. Best to serve this incredible Chili with warm pita bread and a bit of Tzatziki sauce.

This Greek Beef Chili is so flavorful and is a great way to switch up your chili game this fall.   You will love the Greek flavors in this Chili, and they will remind you of a Greek Gyro. This is an easy weeknight dinner with just a few ingredients, and the only ingredients you need to chop are the onion, garlic, and celery.

How to make easy stovetop chili

Heat olive oil in a dutch oven or a soup pot,

add chopped onion, celery, and garlic, and cook for five minutes.

Add stew beef and saute.

Add spices, beef broth, crushed tomatoes, and beans.

Simmer on the stove for 30 minutes

Slow Cooker Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onion, celery, and garlic in the olive oil until the onions are transparent.
  2. Add the beef and seer, but don’t worry about cooking it all through.
  3. Add onion mixture and beef into your slow cooker.
  4. Add broth, tomatoes, spices, and beans to your slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  6. Serve.

Instant Pot Directions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to the saute setting.   Add olive oil, onion, celery, and garlic. Saute until onions are transparent.
  2. Add beef and seer, but don’t worry about cooking all through.
  3. Add beef broth, crushed tomatoes, spices, and beans.
  4. Place the Instant Pot lid on the pot and secure the cover. Switch the pressure release valve to “sealing.”
  5. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release.
  6. Remove lid.
  7. Hit the saute button and saute the Chili until the Chili is as thick as you prefer.
  8. Serve.
