15 Slow Cooker Dinners under $10.00

I turn to my slow cooker during the spring. The cost of ingredients is skyrocketing out there! It hurts to go to the grocery store right now! Here are 15 slow cooker recipes that cost about $10.00 each, but don’t skimp on flavor!   Many of these meals are simple, nutritious, and made with pantry staples.   Check out these easy slow cooker dinners that are simple to prepare and won’t break the bank! 

What Kind of Slow Cooker Should I get?

Any slow cooker, new or old, should work for any of these recipes.   I use this casserole slow cooker for almost every recipe I make.

Ingredients to keep in your pantry

Rice, black beans, Pasta, Noodles, potatoes, onions, salsa, corn, barbecue sauce, carrots, tortillas,  chicken broth, and spices such as garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and onion powder.

Ingredients to keep in your freezer

boneless skinless chicken breasts, chicken thighs, ground beef, ham shanks,  frozen vegetables, meatballs, chopped-up onion, and celery for stews and soups.
