Pickle Juice Ranch Panko Baked Chicken

by Kristen

Pickle Juice Ranch Panko Baked Chicken is the absolute best!   I started adding leftover pickle juice to ranch dressing, and the result is impressive!  This Panko baked chicken is crispy, tangy, and super flavorful!  This is such an easy way to switch up your weeknight dinner rotation!

Earlier this year, which seems like five years ago now.  I started adding leftover pickle juice when I make ranch dressing.  After changing my sweetness pallet years ago, I started turning to vinegar and pickled products for a tangy flavor.  The results are excellent!   I started using pickle juice ranch in many of the recipes I make at home.   My kids love panko baked chicken.  It is easy to coat chicken drumsticks with panko and bake them in the oven.  When you make chicken this way, it is healthier than store-bought crispy chicken, and you can play around with the flavors.

I coated each chicken drumstick with pickle juice ranch and then coated each drumstick with panko breadcrumbs.  These drumsticks were a big hit with my family and turned out super flavorful.

You can use any pickle juice you like in pickle juice ranch, but I prefer dill pickle juice over others.

This recipe is easy.
