One of the things I love about my pressure cooker is that meals cook up fast! Â Once I started pressure cooking pork, I hardly ever made it in my slow cooker or oven. Â Try some delicious pork Instant Pot recipes without the hours of cooking time. These recipes make great weeknight dinners and pressure-cooking meats in about 45 minutes. Here are a variety of Instant Pot pork dishes you need to try!
The pork was the first food I ever made in my Instant Pot. Pork turns out mouthwatering tender when pressure cooked. Â Pork is the world’s most popular type of meat, more so than beef or chicken. Â In my opinion, pork has a richer flavor than other meats. Â When you cook pork in your Instant Pot, the flavor intensifies. I have rounded up the best instant pot recipes that call for pork! Â You will love these one-pot meals, including the side-dish cooling in the pot alongside the pork.
How do you know when your pork is all the way cooked?
When your pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit, it is safe to eat.
What cuts of pork work best in your Instant Pot?
All cuts of pork cook well in your Instant Pot!  I suppose the cut you choose depends on what dish you’re cooking.  I have had good luck with pulled pork, pork roast, ribs, pork loin, pork chops, pork tenderloin, bratwurst, and ham. Just make sure you pick something that will fit in whatever sized Instant Pot you have.
If you like to cook off the cuff, here are some ingredients you should keep a variety of ingredients in your pantry. I keep bbq sauce, pasta, Asian noodles, rice, beans, onions, garlic, vegetables, apples, sweet potatoes, frozen peas, butter, olive oil, salt, chili powder, Â chicken broth, tomato sauce, spices such as rosemary, thyme and cumin, and eggs.
Make sure you utilize the saute function when cooking pork in your Instant Pot. Â Pot roast will taste better after it has been seared. Â You can use your Instant Pot instead of using another pan.
These dishes make great leftovers, some of these make for a simple weeknight meal, and some of them are fancy enough for dinner parties.
