I have decided to round-up some of the greatest recipes using pulled pork.

Because pulled pork is my new favorite thing to make in my new pressure cooker.   I love the way my pressure cooker makes pulled pork!

I bought myself an Instant-pot.  I love it.   I have been sharing a few of my pressure cooker ventures on my Instagram handle.   I have made quinoa in 1 minute.  Rice in 8 minutes and a whole chicken in 30 minutes.   However, if you have never had pulled pork in a pressure cooker,  you’re missing out.  It is 10 times better than pulled pork made in a slow cooker. Promise.

I have an Instant Pot.  However, I got my mom the Cuisinart pressure cooker for Christmas, and she loves hers too.

Anyway, last week, I made a big batch of pulled pork in my pressure cooker and then just served it for different meals for several days.

Here are 20 easy meal ideas you can make -using leftover pulled pork.
