Because we just started school, I am feeling ambitious, and I wanted to come up with some fun lunch box snacks that are healthy and that don’t have a bunch of sugar or artificial colors.
Homemade applesauce is super easy and only uses a few ingredients, only good stuff. Plus, I made this applesauce in my instant pot in 8 minutes! Awesome!
I made these DIY applesauce to go using these popsicle bags. I found them on amazon. If you want something reusable, you can always look for these silicone smoothie containers too.

I have always used a plastic funnel when making these snacks for my kids. I recently got this collapsable silicone funnel, which was so easy to use. You could squeeze the applesauce into each bag.
You can make this applesauce in your slow cooker or your Instant Pot. If you make it in your slow cooker, your house smells like cinnamon apples all day. You can make this applesauce in your Instant Pt if you want to speed up the process.
