- It is healthy! I am not going to sit around and tell you not to eat meat. I eat meat. I eat meat more than once a week. But adding more vegetables, nuts, seeds, and healthy grains is just right for you.
- It will help you raise adventurous eaters. Introducing your kids to ingredients like grains, beans, nuts, seeds, and various vegetables early will help them make better choices when they get older.
- It’s Budget-friendly. Serving a meatless meal at least once a week will help decrease your weekly grocery budget. The cost of serving meat for dinner can add up fast. Adding veggies to a rice or potato dish is a filling way to serve your family a complete meal.
