25 Kid Approved Meatless Dinner Ideas

 

  1. It is healthy!  I am not going to sit around and tell you not to eat meat.  I eat meat.  I eat meat several times a week.  But adding more vegetables, nuts, seeds, and healthy grains is just right for you.
  2. It will help you raise adventurous eaters.  Introducing your kids to ingredients like grains, beans, nuts, seeds, and various vegetables early will help them make better choices when they get older.
  3. It’s Budget-friendly. Serving a meatless meal at least once a week will help decrease your weekly grocery budget.  The cost of serving meat for dinner can add up fast.  Adding veggies to a rice or potato dish is a filling way to serve your family a complete meal.
