After all three of my kids were born, I had friends bring me meals. It is a fantastic feeling to know people care about you when your family is in need. In turn, I love making meals for families in need. It is a great feeling, especially since cooking for people is a way I like to share myself with others.
Some days call for something rustic and delicious. I love soups and stews when it is cold outside. This Beef stew has the essentials. Carrots, onions, and potatoes. But I also added some Southwestern flair. Ah-mazing.
A fantastic way to help out a friend is to bring them a warm pot of this Southwestern Stew. Check out this video I made! This meal is easy, peasy!
