Low Carb Hawaiian Pizza Bites

by Kristen

If you’re trying to eat low carb, you NEED to try these low carb Hawaiian pizza bites!  These days there are several options.  If you love Hawaiian pizza, I propose these NO CRUST low carb Hawaiian Pizza bites.  These little pizza bites are made in a muffin tin and are made of all pizza toppings!  These low-carb Hawaiian pizza bites are the best and make a great snack, appetizer, lunch, or dinner!

My friends and family know that I have an underlying love for Hawaiian pizza.   A love that I have proudly passed down to at least two of my kids.  Our pizza take-out always involves Hawaiian Pizza.   I have also made a Hawaiian Pizza Chicken on this site. These keto pizza bites are amazing!

This keto pizza recipe has super easy instructions and doesn’t call for any flours because there is no pizza crust or pizza dough necessary.  You will love the taste of this, and it will be precisely the thing you want to. Make it when you crave pizza.  This is a great gluten-free way to enjoy pizza without messing around with expensive low-carb flour.

These bites make a great appetizer, snack, lunch, or you can make this a dinner with a side salad.  They cook up super easy in a muffin tin, and all you need is a few easy ingredients.  There are low carbohydrates in this recipe since there is no pizza crust.

Ingredient list

A muffin tin– If you don’t have a muffin tin, you can also line a baking sheet with parchment paper and build your pizzas flat.

A Pack of Canadian Bacon

Pizza Sauce OR Marinara sauce- Aldi organic pizza sauce has no sugar in it.

1 Can of pineapple or fresh pineapple

shredded mozzarella cheese

And that’s it!

I encourage you to make these pizza bites using your favorite pizza toppings!  You can use any flavors you like!  If you don’t like Hawaiian pizza, you could also top your pizza bites with ground beef, Italian sausage, peppers, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, pepperoni, olives, garlic, onions, or a mixture of anything you like.

Low Carb Hawaiian Pizza Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce package Canadian Bacon
  • 12 ounce jar of pizza sauce
  • 20 ounce can of pineapple tidbits
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place one slice of Canadian Bacon in each muffin tin space. ( 12 in all) in order to make a little cup.

  3. Add a tablespoon of pizza sauce to each slice of Canadian bacon.

  4. Add pineapple and cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the Canadian bacon becomes cripsy.

  6. Remove and eat.

This low-carb pizza bite recipe will satisfy your pizza cravings!

Recipe Note: If you’re pressed for time, you can make these pizza bites in a ramekin and microwave them.  However, you won’t have the crispy texture of the baked Canadian bacon when you make them this way.

Warning.  These can be a little messy to eat, but they are delicious!  The Best low-carb pizza option! This recipe will only have as much sodium as what’s in the Canadian bacon or any of the other pizza toppings you choose to put in these.  These have tons of protein and only a few grams of net carbs from the pineapple or pizza sauce.

Thank-you thank-you so very much, I wish I had heard of you many years ago, I am wheat intolerant, as I love bread, I try it now and again to see if I still am, but each time I do, I swell up so much and my clothes are tight, THIS is the best news ever, I normally sit with my partner whilst he enjoys a sandwich and I have a bannana or apple with a little cheese, Now, I can make a breadless sandwich and there is so much choice, I just Love it, cannot thank-you enough. X Chrissie.

Great idea…but that’s ham…that’s not Canadian bacon…its just ham. Canadian bacon (also called peameal bacon) is cured in cornmeal.and has a cornmeal crust on it.
