Instant Pot Chicken Gyro Soup

Don’t forget to check out all of my Instant Pot recipes!

Last winter,  I made these Slow Cooker Chicken Gyros and I have been obsessed with them ever since.  There amazing.  In fact, after the Slow Cooker Chicken Gyros.  I also made Slow Cooker Beef GyrosSheet Pan Chicken Gyros and now, I have turned my Slow Cooker Chicken gyros into the most amazing soup!

I don’t know what it is about this combo of flavors.  Maybe it’s the lemon-garlic-dill.  I am not sure.

I love my Instant Pot.   I have actually had one for almost a year now, but it really did take me a while to figure it out.   Now I love it,  I cook anything and everything in this thing.   Rice, quinoa, mashed potatoes, loose meat and especially soup.   I love how you can cook up a comforting soup in a matter of minutes!

I made a video tutorial on how to make this soup.  I want to show you guys how easy it is.  Plus, this soup has a 15 minute cook time.  Love, love it!

None of these photos do this soup justice at all.  I love this soup.  It was so perfect for the cold, fall days we have been having this week.  My husband and kids loved it!
