Greek Tuna Cakes with Tzatziki

by Kristen

When Lenton season hits, I am always on the lookout for new kid-friendly and budget-friendly seafood recipes.   My kids love tuna sandwiches and tuna melts, but we also love tuna cakes.  Tuna cakes is a switch up of the traditional crab cake.  Adding Greek flavors and feta cheese to these tuna cakes turned out delicious!   You need a few simple ingredients for this recipe, and this is a great way to feed your family using a few inexpensive cans of tuna fish.

I am always looking for new recipes that give me an excuse to make tzatziki sauce.  These oven-baked Greek tuna cakes can be enjoyed for a quick lunch or a light dinner and make a great appetizer.  You can dip them in tzatziki sauce, serve them over flatbread or make a Greek salad.

I am all about easy lunch and dinners.  These easy Greek feta tuna cakes only call for a few ingredients and are super flavorful.  My husband and I and two kids love dipping these in Tzatziki sauce.  I have one child who prefers to dip his in ketchup.

I have enjoyed tuna cakes since my mom made them when I was a kid, but adding Greek flavors elevated them to the next level.  Bakin them in the oven make them crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
