Making cookies with brownie mix is easy, but these cookies are mouthwateringly delicious! These cookies are drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with toasted pecans so that you will feel like you are enjoying turtle tracks ice cream but in cookie form! I highly recommend that you store these cookies in the fridge. They taste fantastic when they are slightly chilled. This will become one of your new favorite cookie recipes!

Storage
You can store these brownie cookies in an airtight container or a plastic bag in the fridge for up to a week.
* I highly recommend using Ghirardelli brownie mix for this recipe. If you want to make this recipe gluten-free, you can use the gluten-free baking mix they offer at Aldi grocery stores. You will want to add gluten-free flour to the cookies if you want them to remain gluten-free
* You can use. microwave caramels instead of caramel sauce if you prefer
