These easy, no-bake tiramisu-stuffed dates combine the rich, creamy flavors of classic tiramisu with the caramel-like sweetness of Medjool dates.

Ingredients

To make Tiramisu-stuffed dates, you only need a few simple ingredients:

12 Medjool dates, cut open and pitted.

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar 

4 oz mascarpone cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

espresso powder for dusting

1/2 tsp cocoa powder for dusting

Dark chocolate chips melted for drizzling

Additional Optional Ingredients– nuts, cinnamon, walnuts, or almonds will make delicious additions to these stuffed dates.
