Tirimsu- Stuffed Dates

These easy, no-bake tiramisu-stuffed dates combine the rich, creamy flavors of classic tiramisu with the caramel-like sweetness of Medjool dates.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool Dates Cut open and pitted
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • espresso powder
  • cocoa powder
  • Dark Chocolate Chips melted for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit. Gently open the dates without splitting them completely to create space for the filling.

  2. Mix mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.

  3. Fill each date with the tiramisu mixture using a small spoon, cookie scoop, or piping bag.

  4. Dust the stuffed dates with some espresso powder and cocoa powder.

     

  5. Drizzle the stuffed dates with melted dark chocolate for a finishing touch.
