I have made. Egg Roll Wrapper Calzones. Pepperoni Pizza Tomato Bowls, Zucchini Pizza Cups, Eggplant Parmesan Pizzas, Mini Cauliflower Crust Pizzas. . And Now this. A Low Carb Hawaiian Pizza. A Pizza built on a piece of low-fat Canadian Bacon.
I didn’t know how this was going to work. Sometimes, when I eat Hawaiian pizza, the Canadian bacon can be chewy. My pizza was not chewy at all and was just plain fabulous!
I lied out three pieces of Canadian bacon on a baking sheet. Three pieces of Canadian bacon is only 70 calories! I put some marinara sauce on each slice. I used Trader Joe’s roasted garlic marinara sauce. This is my new favorite sauce! I ate a
few several spoonfuls of this while preparing my pizzas!
I stocked each pizza with a nice amount of Pineapple. I then topped each piece with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. And baked them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. It was followed by 3 minutes of broiling.
I broiled it for a few minutes so the pizzas would get nice and crispy.
These exceeded my expectations! I LOVED them and savored EVERY BITE!
I cut these pizzas into mini slices with my pizza cutter!
I ate them and then dreamed all afternoon about making more!
