I have several friends and family members who eat low-carb or gluten-free diets.  The one food item that is most sought out by these folks is pizza.  Everyone is always looking for low-carb pizza options.   These days there are several options.  If you love Hawaiian pizza, I propose these NO CRUST low carb Hawaiian Pizza bites.  These little pizza bites are made in a muffin tin and are made of all pizza toppings!  These low-carb Hawaiian pizza bites are the best and make a great snack, appetizer, lunch, or dinner!

My friends and family know that I have an underlying love for Hawaiian pizza.   A love that I have proudly passed down to at least two of my kids.  Our pizza take-out always involves Hawaiian Pizza.   I have also made a Hawaiian Pizza Chicken on this site.

This idea came to me when I was brainstorming on how to make pizza low carb.  I have a friend who eats pizza toppings on salad, friends who build the pizza on bell peppers.   I decided to build a mini Hawaiian pizza on top of a piece of Canadian Bacon.  This turned out so good!  If Hawaiian isn’t your favorite pizza, that is okay.  You can make these bites with your favorite toppings.

These bites make a great appetizer, snack, lunch, or you can make this a dinner with a side salad.  They cook up super easy in a muffin tin, and all you need is a few easy ingredients.

All you need for these easy Hawaiian Pizza Bites are:

A Pack of Canadian Bacon

Pizza Sauce OR Marinara sauce- Aldi organic pizza sauce has no sugar in it.

mozzarella cheese

And that’s it!
