Pineapple Yogurt Soft Serve

I have been a little obsessed with blending frozen fruit, especially bananas to make healthy ice-cream like desserts.  I decided to try something different this time.   Instead of banana-based ice cream.  I made pineapple based.  I mixed just two ingredients.  frozen pineapple and plain yogurt.   If this isn’t sweet enough for you, add some honey, but it is not needed.

No ice cream machine needed for this soft serve.  It is made in your blender.

Pineapple-Yogurt Soft Serve- Can be made vegan. Just buy that Soy Yogurt instead of Cow’s milk yogurt. Makes 2 servings

In a Blender, Add 2 cups of frozen pineapple with 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt.     And Blend.

I used coconut milk instead of the yogurt and it was delicious.

I see this delicious treat in my future! I just need to find some diary free, GF yogurt. I believe there is a brand out there. I was getting tired of banana ice cream. Perfect!

This looks really tasty and so easy to make. Pineapples may be my favorite for the spring.

I also use fruits to make frozen treats for my family. I have to leave out the yogurt for myself but I bet the boys would love to try this one out. I love giving them healthier treats to snack on.

I like how easy it is to make this. Blending soft serves is a great way to get kids to eat their daily recommended amount of fruits.
