These cherry white chocolate chip cookie bars are soft, gooey, and full of sweet dried cherries and melty white chocolate, making them the best treat for the holidays or any day.
Cherry desserts are my favorite. These bars taste like a cross between cookies and blondies with a sweet cherry pie vibe that feels perfect from June through the holidays. You will love all these flavors, which complement each other perfectly. The dried cherries add a bright tart sweetness, while the white chocolate adds creamy richness. These bars are perfect for Christmas cookie plates, brunch dessert tables, potlucks, or a simple summertime treat when you want something fruity and chewy. They slice beautifully and hold together well, and the soft center makes every bite feel extra special.

Storage
Store the bars in an airtight container to keep them soft. They also freeze beautifully if you want to save a few for quick treats and desserts. If you store them in the fridge, you can warm them in the microwave before eating.
