Now that I am talking about things that go well together let’s discuss this rosemary honey butter sauce that I drizzled onto grilled steak. All I can say is yum. This meal was an amazingly indulgent and easy weeknight dinner.

I discovered this past year that adding Rosemary to my main dishes make a magical tasting meal. I have a huge Rosemary plant in my backyard, and on special occasions, I like to head out there and see how I can incorporate it into a meal. This rosemary-honey butter sauce was out of this world, and every bit of it was lapped up by my children.

Grilled Steak with Rosemary-Honey Butter sauce
Ingredients
- 2-4 steaks
Rosemary-Honey Butter Sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1-2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions

Make Honey butter sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter, add honey and rosemary and cook for 5-10 minutes, constantly stirring. You can remove the rosemary from the butter or leave it in if you prefer.

salt and pepper steaks and grill them to your liking

Let the steaks rest and drizzle rosemary-honey butter on the steaks and serve immediately.
