Ingredients needed
½ cup softened butter
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
One large egg
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup Mini M&M Candies
Optional Ingredients: You can add additional chocolate chips, sea salt, nuts, or additional flavors to personalize them.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium-sized bowl, cream softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Stir. Flour mixture into the butter mixture until blended.
- Form 1-inch cookie dough balls and roll each ball in mini M&Ms, covering each cookie dough ball completely.
- Place each cookie on a baking sheet 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Cool completely and serve.
Tips and tricks for baking peanut butter cookies
-Don’t overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough.
