Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Wide egg noodles
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • One tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freeze-dried ginger

Instructions

  1. Press the saute button on your Instant Pot. Add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and peanut butter. Cook until the garlic and ginger cook a little, and the peanut butter is smooth. Press cancel to stop the cooking.

  2. Cook the Noodles: Close the lid and set the valve to “sealing.”  Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes (adjust depending on the type of noodles you use). Once the timer goes off, the pressure is should be "quick release" by turning the valve to “venting.”

  3. Once the noodles are cooked, open the lid and stir. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water or broth.

  4. Serve.
