If you have leftover hamburger buns from your tailgate or BBQ, you NEED to make this absolutely mouthwatering Hamburger Bun Texas Toast!
Preheat Oven to 350
Prepare Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic parsley, and salt until well combined.
Using a pastry brush, spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on each cut side of the brioche hamburger bun halves.
Add parmesan cheese if using.
Place buns on a baking sheet and cut side up.
Roast hamburger buns: Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and the edges are crispy. If you want extra crispy edges, switch the oven to the broiler setting for the last 1-2 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
