Cheddar Bay Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • One 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper blend
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup corn
  • 3/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup green beans

Cheddar Bay Biscuts

  • 1 11 ounce package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup water according to the instructions
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Combine condensed soup, milk, seasonings, and garlic in a mixing bowl.  Mix well.

  3. Add chicken and vegetables. Stir well.

  4. Pour the casserole mixture into a greased casserole dish.

  5.  In a second bowl, mix the cheddar bay biscuit mix with water and cheese according to the box's instructions.

  6. Dollop the biscuit mix on top of the casserole.  

  7. Mix the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix with butter and brush the top of the biscuits.  

  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
