Butter Pecan Energy Bites

You will love the buttery flavor in these easy, no-bake butter pecan energy bites.  These taste light a rich baked treat but are made quickly with easy pantry ingredients.

Servings 15 energy bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
