Baklava Salmon

Baklava Salmon is quick, easy, and mouthwatering!  Your family and friends will be impressed with this 30-minute restaurant-quality meal!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound piece of salmon
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup salted pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey or more
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Pulse walnuts, pistachios, cinnamon, sugar, and ground cloves in your food processor.  You want the nuts chopped but not pulverized.

  3. Line the baking sheet and place the salmon on the baking sheet.

  4. Spoon the nut topping evenly over the salmon.

  5. Drizzle honey over the nuts.

  6. Cut butter into even slices and distribute it over the salmon.

  7. Bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.

  8. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
