These olive oil chocolate chip muffins are super moist and rich in complex flavor. These muffins make a delicious breakfast, dessert, or snack!
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs. Add the olive oil, milk, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
