These pumpkin-shaped cream cheese mints are an adorable addition to any Halloween or Thanksgiving-themed dessert table!
1. Add softened cream cheese, softened butter, and peppermint extract in a bowl. Combine cream cheese with the extract and food coloring.
2. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, and stir the sugar until you get a dough-like batter mixture that is not sticky.
3. Roll 1/2-inch balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
4. Press mints down with the tines of a fork. Add one mini chocolate chip to each mint to make them look like pumpkins!
