Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Hard boil your eggs.  Bring water to a rolling boil and cook eggs for 10-11 minutes.

  2. Remove from water and rinse the eggs with cold water.  

  3. Peel eggs.  Cut each egg in half and remove the egg yolks.

  4. Place the yolks in a bowl.  Mix the yolks with sour cream, chopped green onions, onion powder, and sea salt.  You can choose to use a food processor for this step. 

  5. Place the egg yolk mixture back in the white halves.  Using a spoon or a cookie scoop.

  6. Garnish and Serve.
