Hard boil your eggs. Bring water to a rolling boil and cook eggs for 10-11 minutes.
Remove from water and rinse the eggs with cold water.
Peel eggs. Cut each egg in half and remove the egg yolks.
Place the yolks in a bowl. Mix the yolks with sour cream, chopped green onions, onion powder, and sea salt. You can choose to use a food processor for this step.
Place the egg yolk mixture back in the white halves. Using a spoon or a cookie scoop.
Garnish and Serve.
