Instant Pot Meatloaf Balls

Ingredients

Meatloaf Balls

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

Meatloaf Glaze

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 3-4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing all of the meatloaf ingredients.   Ground beef, oatmeal, celery, onion, ketchup, etc. Set aside.

  2. Whisk your glaze together in your Instant Pot Pot.

  3. Roll your meatballs and place them in your Instant Pot.

  4. Place the Instant Pot lid on your Instant Pot and seal it.

  5. Set your Instant Pot to cook on manual for 8 minutes.  Let your Instant Pot naturally release.

  6. Open your Instant Pot and remove the meatballs. Place them in a bowl.

  7. Add some corn starch to the remaining glaze, and saute until the glaze thickens.

  8. Drizzle glaze over meatloaf balls and serve.
