preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix wet ingredients. Bananas, butter, vanilla, eggs, and milk.
Add dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
Place the mixture into the baking dish and smooth.
Cool at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until the middle is cooked all the way through.
Remove from oven. Cool, cut into slices, and serve.
