Teriyaki Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces HORMELĀ® CULINARY CUTSĀ® Teriyaki Pork Cubes
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 head romaine lettuce leaves washed and dried

Instructions

  1. Place pork in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir while it cooks, for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. sprinkle sesame seeds over pork.

  3. While your pork is cooking, cook white rice.

  4. Prepare vegetables. Wash and dry romaine lettuce leaves. cut carrots and scallions.

  5. Build your lettuce wrap. Place 1/4 cup of pork on a piece of lettuce. top it with a heaping scoop of white rice, carrots, and scallions.
