Naan Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Making pizza rolls using naan bread is a quick and delicious way to enjoy a snack or a light meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of Naan Bread
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Your favorite pizza toppings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F

  2. Microwave each piece of Naan Bread for 30 seconds before placing the pizza toppings on. - if you skip this step, the Naan will break before you roll it up.

  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each piece of naan bread, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese.

  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll up each piece of naan bread with the toppings inside.If the rolls are too thick, you can cut them in half to make smaller rolls.

  5. Secure the Rolls: Place the rolled naan bread seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use toothpicks to secure the rolls and prevent them from unrolling during baking. Cut the rolls into smaller pieces- about 4-5 pizza rolls from each piece of Naan bread.

  6. Lightly drizzle the pizza rolls with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top.

  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the naan bread is golden and crispy. Remove the toothpicks before eating.
