These malted chocolate chip cookies are super flavorful, chewy, gooey, and absolutely delicious!
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, malted milk powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, cream the softened butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add Chocolate Chips and any other add-ins of your choosing.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft. After removing from the oven, the cookies will continue to cook slightly on the baking sheet.
Wait until the cookies have cooled before transferring them to a cooling rack.
