Fresh cherries, berries, and kiwi come together in this easy Cherry Dessert Salsa that's perfect with homemade cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
Wash and thoroughly dry all of the fruit.
Pit the cherries and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the strawberries and kiwi into pieces similar in size to the cherries.
Add the cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi to a large mixing bowl.
Add the cherry preserves and gently fold everything together until the fruit is lightly coated. You want the preserves to cling to the fruit without smashing the berries.
Stir in the lime juice, if using, for a little brightness.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips or your favorite cookies.
