Cheesy Cheddar Bay Biscuit Ham and Cheese Sliders are a crowd pleaser and can be whipped up in under 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, prepare biscuit mix with water according to package instructions. Spread 1/3 of the dough evenly into the bottom of the dish. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Layer ham slices on top of the biscuit base. Add slices of cheese.
Drop the remaining biscuit dough over the top with a cookie scoop. Use the spatula to spread it on top.
Mix melted butter with the seasoning packet that came with the biscuit mix. Brush the biscuits with the seasoned melted butter.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Biscuits should be golden brown on top.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing into sliders. Serve warm.
