Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Brownies

When you sink your teeth into these perfect fudgy hot chocolate brownies, you will feel like you are sipping on a piping-hot mug of hot cocoa!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter 
  • One cup Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate Mix
  • Two Large Eggs
  • One teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • One Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.  Line an 8X8 baking pan with parchment paper or use cooking spray to grease the pan.

  2. Combine the melted butter, Swiss Miss mix, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat until smooth.

  3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl. Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture and mix until combined.

  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.

  5. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
