preheat oven to 350 degrees
Arrange phyllo dough cups on a baking sheet.
Add about a teaspoon of salmon to each phyllo dough cup
In a mixing bowl, mix together eggs, salt, and dill.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop about a tablespoon of egg into each phyllo cup.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Remove from oven.
Garnish. Add a tomato slice and 2-3 capers to each tart.
Serve
