Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9X13 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Set aside
Mix softened butter with the wet ingredients in a second bowl. Sweet potato puree, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cookie dough.
Bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes. Remove when a toothpick can come out clean.
Remove from oven. Let the cookie bars cool completely before you cut the cookie bars into squares.
