Prepare ingredients. Wash and slice strawberries, slice onions, peel, and slice kiwi. Make Lemon poppyseed dressing if you are making homemade.
Place spinach in a large salad bowl and arrange toppings on top of the salad: fruit, onions, pepitas, cheese, and craisins.
Toss salad ingredients together.
Drizzle 2-3 ounces of Lemon poppyseed dressing on top and mix some more.
Top off the salad with lemon zest.
Serve in a large serving bowl.
