Brush Dijon mustard over the salmon
Pour orange juice over salmon.
Form a foil or parchment paper packet over the salmon, leaving room open for the salmon to steam.
bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon has reached an internal temp of 145 degrees f. Let the salmon rest for 10 minutes before serving.
