Orange Juice Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 2-3 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

garnish

  • orange zest
  • orange slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Lay salmon over 1-2 pieces of foil or parchment paper and pat salmon dry with a paper towel

  3. sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic onion, and brown sugar.

  4. Brush Dijon mustard over the salmon

  5. Pour orange juice over salmon.

  6. Form a foil or parchment paper packet over the salmon, leaving room open for the salmon to steam.

  7. bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon has reached an internal temp of 145 degrees f. Let the salmon rest for 10 minutes before serving.
