Beef Stew Meat Chili Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2.0 lbs beef stew meat cut into small strips
  • 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut up stew meat into smaller 1/2 inch slices.

  2. Add water, tomato sauce, minced onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and lime juice.

  3. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. let naturally release.

  4. Hit the saute setting.

  5. Saute for 10 minutes and let the meat mixture thicken.

  6. Build your tacos and serve!
