Protein Blend Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps


  • 2 12 ounce bags Birdseye Southwestern Protein Blend
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • romaine lettuce cups


  • cheese
  • sour cream


Stove Top Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-heat brown ground beef. Drain beef and place back into the pan.

  2. Add Birdseye protein blend to the saucepan. No need to defrost it. Add seasonings and water.

  3. Simmer on the stove, stirring every few minutes for about 15-20 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and build your lettuce wraps.

Instant Pot Directions

  1. Using the saute button, saute the ground beef. Drain and place ground beef back into the pot.

  2. Add frozen protein blends, spices, and water.

  3. Close your instant pot and cook on high for 4 minutes. Quick Release pressure

  4. Build lettuce wraps.
