  • 12 ounces shrimp fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Za'atar Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 1 pound angel hair
  • kalamata olives optional


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a mixing bowl, mix shrimp, garlic, lemon juice, and Za'atar seasoning.

  4. Arrange shrimp on the baking sheet.

  5. Trim and wash asparagus. Add to the baking sheet.

  6. Drizzle olive oil and sea salt over the asparagus.

  7. Place baking sheet in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until asparagus is cooked al dente.

  8. Meanwhile, cook the angel hair according to the instructions on the box.

  9. Remove shrimp and asparagus from the oven. Add kalamata olives if you like.

  10. Let everyone build their pasta bowls.
