Ingredients

  • 2 cans white albacore tuna drained
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 2 teaspoons dried dillweed
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

Garnishes

  • kalamata olives
  • tomatoes
  • cucumber slices
  • tzatziki sauce

Tzatziki sauce

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Start by draining canned tuna from water.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Next, mix the tuna with the egg, 1 cup of panko, dillweed, Greek seasoning, feta cheese, and mayonnaise.

  4. Using a cookie scoop, place the tuna mixture onto a baking sheet, and use a fork to make the tuna into patties.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.  flipping them 1/2 way through.

  6. Serve with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and kalamata olives.
