Start by draining canned tuna from water.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Next, mix the tuna with the egg, 1 cup of panko, dillweed, Greek seasoning, feta cheese, and mayonnaise.
Using a cookie scoop, place the tuna mixture onto a baking sheet, and use a fork to make the tuna into patties.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. flipping them 1/2 way through.
Serve with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and kalamata olives.
