Smoked Salmon Egg Tarts

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough cups
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 pinch salt

Garnishes

  • 8 grape tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Arrange phyllo dough cups on a baking sheet.

  3. Add about a teaspoon of salmon to each phyllo dough cup

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix together eggs, salt, and dill.

  5. Using a cookie scoop, scoop about a tablespoon of egg into each phyllo cup.

  6. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.

  7. Remove from oven.

  8. Garnish. Add a tomato slice and 2-3 capers to each tart.

  9. Serve
