Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Cauliflower Gnocchi


  • 1 10 ounce container of frozen cauliflower gnocchi
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  3. Arrange boneless chicken, and cauliflower gnocchi on the sheet pan.

  4. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning and garlic. Drizzle oil on top of the chicken and gnocchi.

  5. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

  6. Before serving top chicken with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Serve once the cheese has melted.
