Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 pounds chicken drumsticks
  • 1 12 ounce bottle of chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Pour chili sauce and maple syrup on the bottom of your Instant Pot and whisk together.

  2. Add the chicken drumsticks over the sauce.

  3. Pour 1 cup of water over the drumsticks.

  4. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.

  5. You can vent immediately after the cooking process ends.

  6. Remove the cooked chicken drumsticks from the pot and set aside.

  7. Unplug and replug your Instant Pot. Set your Instant Pot to saute.

  8. Remove about 1/2 sauce from the pot and whisk in the cornstarch. Add that sauce back into the pot and saute the sauce until it is " sticky"

  9. Pour the "sticky" sauce over the chicken drumsticks and serve.
